We engage clients in training, retraining, development, enhancement, behavior modification, ways of thinking, and attitude adjustment. as part of our global services, we work with developing countries, their leadership, culture, economic structure, market structure, community planning, community development, and we utilize the word, "PIES", which stands for: poverty, instability, ethnicity, and sectarianism as a guide to understanding the problems of those countries and implementing solution.
How We Do It
Business development potentially includes everything involved with the quality of the business or the organization. Business development planning first requires establishing the business development goals, identifying the value inhibitors and value drivers through qualitative and quantitative assessment, and then formulating a business development strategy for implementation, which would comprise some or all of the 'IBA services' methods of development. Generally business development is partly scientific, and partly subjective, based on the feelings and wishes of the business owners or CEOs. There are so many ways to develop a business which achieve growth and improvement, and rarely is just one of these a single best solution. Business development is what some people call a 'black art', that is difficult to analyze, and difficult to apply a replicable process.
